Heuristic Analysis
Clear information about the process on each screen, but with confusing hierarchy.
Recommendations
Improve categorization of elements (routines, times, cycles).
Add justifications with color accents for better understanding.
Display the total number of sessions available for clarity.
Clear and understandable text, but loses context when users leave their devices.
Recommendations
Include auditory information (voice notes and sounds).
Specify necessary materials for exercises.
Ensure uniformity in the language of exercise names.
Allows users to go back or skip ahead in exercises, but lacks a pause option.
Recommendations
Integrate a pause function using body signals (e.g., clapping).
Include a mood and pain tracking feature.
Meets iconography standards, but needs homogenization.
Recommendation
Improve wording in sections with pain scales for consistency.
Lack of screen backtracking and reset options for routines.
Recommendations
Include a comment section for users to explain why they skipped exercises.
The app is intuitive and easy to navigate.
Recommendation
Pain evaluation bars could be improved.
Lacks flexibility for accessing routines from other menus.
Recommendation
Add an easy-access navigation and search bar.
Clear and minimalist design, but needs improvements in colors and hierarchy.
Recommendations
Shorten phrases and increase spacing between elements.
Redesign elements like the hamburger menu and video display.
No visible section for user assistance.
Recommendation
Include a virtual assistant for questions.
No tutorial available when starting the app.
Recommendation
Add a tutorial for first-time users.
