About the project
Metlife
As part of a collaborative team of four, we worked on a confidential UX/UI design project for MetLife, using the Design Thinking methodology to develop a web desktop platform. Our mission was to address user-centered problems identified through extensive research and to design solutions that aligned with both business objectives and user needs.
Main Responsibilites

Empathize: Business understanding, heuristic analysis, benchmarking, surveys, interviews.

Define: Patterns, insights, user persona, empathy map.

Ideate: Ideation matrix, idea prioritization, paper sketching.

Design: Wireframing (medium and high fidelity), prototyping, information architecture, user flow.
