Ashley is an incredible researcher who had already demonstrated her talent while studying psychology at the National University of Colombia. Ashley is super organized, strategic, and creative. She is always attentive to details and has a remarkable capacity for learning. Additionally, her ability to resolve conflicts and use her soft skills to support both herself and her peers makes her an exceptional professional.

It was a pleasure to collaborate with Ashley. During two projects, we worked together in Latin American teams, which allowed us to expand our knowledge and skills. She is a committed and methodical person, and her attention to detail allows her to see challenges from different perspectives. Her design style is youthful and minimalist, and she is always innovating.

I had the opportunity to work with Ashley on a project for a mobile app for the company Aictive. Ashley's contribution was very enriching, highlighting her skills as a UX designer, understanding the cyclical process of each project, and drawing from her background to understand and solve problems. She also stands out for her initiative and creativity in UI implementation. She is a great colleague whom I definitely recommend for her soft skills and all her knowledge in the IT field.
